Brief History and Strategic Location

• CTSI Cebu was established in 2004 and was first handled the domestic freight forwarding.
• Occupying a small office in AC Cortes, Mandaue City. Manned by three (3) personnel only.
• Earlier 2006, CTSI Cebu started the processing and releasing of imported apparel from the affiliate, Yuen Thai Phils Inc (YTPI).
• Same year, CTSI Cebu transferred to a new warehouse office in Paknaan, Mandaue City.
• In mid 2007, CTSI Cebu warehousing accounts expanded handling Delfi Manufacturing Inc (DMI) in both warehousing and distribution. Warehouse has 576pp and manpower increased to nine (9).
• In 2009, freight forwarding international expanded handling/releasing importation not only for YTPI but also to other PEZA accounts.
• On the same year, export shipments for air and sea expanded with new accounts from PEZA locators. Domestic freight forwarding also increased with the presence of Honda parts from Head Office, Manila.
• At present, CTSI Cebu occupies a total of 1019pp for warehousing, has increase the volume of domestic freight forwarding not only from Manila accounts but CTSI Cebu’s own account as well.
